all returns must be made arranged within 30 days from the
date of invoice by contacting us at
info@relaytesting.net.
Returns must be in resalable condition.
Parts returned due to customer error are subject to a 20%
restocking charge with freight prepaid by the customer.
Cable Assemblies and custom ordered parts are NCNR (non
cancelable non returnable.)
Refunds will be credited to the original method of
payment, minus freight (any and all freight charges necessary, handling,
and restock charges.)
Warranty
All products are guaranteed for manufacturer's
defects and workmanship for one year. Contact us immediately at info@relaytesting.net
for immediate satisfaction
RelayTesting.net reserves the right to repair or replace
the defective product at our discretion after the the time period listed in
the return policy above has expired.
